		<description>Yes, Tebow is meeting some resistance from GM Elway, some of it because he wasn&#039;t Elway&#039;s pick. So he does miss out on the credit. But I contend that in the workplace, as on the field, good people win out with PERFORMANCE and RESULTS. Elway has to stick with Tebow if/when he takes them to the playoffs. 		<description>Although I am not a football fan, I have enjoyed reading your takes on teams, games, and recently, Tebow. Tebow should be commended for his ability to inspire his team to perform and win. However, in the work place, I have seen too many similar situations where a person comes on board and gets a dysfunctional group back on track and performing or exceeding expectations, only to be &quot;pulled under&quot; or &quot;embattled&quot; with someone who is seeking to take credit for his/her hard work.</description>
